United States ruler Donald Trump just signed a bill requiring the Justice Department to release the Epstein files to the public. Trump has previously claimed that the focus on the Epstein files is a “hoax” created by political opponents to distract from Republican successes.

For months, Trump urged House Republicans to block the measure to release the Epstein files, arguing that Democrats were pushing the release of the douments to damage his presidency and reputation.

“I HAVE JUST SIGNED THE BILL TO RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES!” Trump wrote in a lengthy message on the Truth Social platform, according to a report by Fox News. “As everyone knows, I asked Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, and Senate Majority Leader John Thune, to pass this Bill in the House and Senate, respectively. Because of this request, the votes were almost unanimous in favor of passage.

“At my direction, the Department of Justice has already turned over close to fifty thousand pages of documents to Congress. Do not forget — The Biden Administration did not turn over a SINGLE file or page related to Democrat Epstein, nor did they ever even speak about him.”

At the same time, the U.S. ruler simultaneously asserted that he had “nothing to hide” and supported the release of the documents. He also stated that only “stupid people” should expect to see Epstein’s client list.

Trump: Only “Stupid People” Should Expect To See Epstein’s Client List

Back in July, the Justice Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation announced that it would not unseal investigation materials related to deceased financier and sex trafficker, Jeffrey Epstein.

Epstein, a financier convicted of sex offences in 2008 and charged again in 2019 with trafficking minors and running an underage sex ring, was found dead in a Manhattan jail cell that year. Officials ruled the death a suicide, though there has been speculation that he was killed to prevent testimony about numerous wealthy and influential figures that could have used his services. –RT

Trump has previously been mentioned in several Epstein-related materials, including an email in which the financier claimed Trump “knew about the girls.” White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt pushed back, saying the emails “prove absolutely nothing.”

This change of heart is obvious. Trump, for some reason, didn’t want to release these files; however, he has recently made a pivot on the issue. What do you think? Does he have something to hide? Is this a “nothing burger”? Will this take down democrats? Let us know what you think in the comments and the reasons why he’s flip-flopped and decided to order the release of these files.
